Folded Rim atop a straight-walled desk basket. Four 3-rod wales frame the Cherokee Wheel motif. When ordering the kit, please specify the desired accent color as well as the stake material -- flat or flat oval This basket (Hunter Green Cherokee Wheel Basket with Oak Wood Base) has flat stakes. The basket pictured in the facebook link to the website has 3/8" flat oval stakes. Note the difference in shape. Whether you are a Lucy (Loosy) or a Tidy (Tighty) also determines the shape. This basket's slotted wood base is 4 1/2" x 8", and the rim measures 6 1/2" x 9". The basket is 7 1/4" deep. A joy to make and a treasure to have.
