Yes, it has two walls. The natural reeds in the base are used to weave the basket lining. Then the brick reeds and brick weavers form the outer basket. Strong basket that can be used as a tote or for shopping. Made according to Sheri VanDyne's Double Walled Basket Pattern. Base is 5 1/4" x 11. The rim is 10 1/2" x 11". Rim is 12 2/3" above table.
